How do I sign up?

To sign up to our members club, simply fill in this form with your details. Once completed, you will be able to pick up your members card from Sabatini or Lloyd’s Lounge. Just ask one of our friendly staff.

You can start using your discount card straight away, and our monthly member offers will be emailed to you so make sure you opt-in to our mailings.

Please note, members cards are valid for 12 months. If you use a card that is expired, the card will be retained by staff.
