In February 2026, Jack Harvey joined Sabatini as our Executive Chef and Partner. With an impressive culinary career, Jack has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand and honed his craft working alongside acclaimed chef Marcus Wareing in London. His approach combines refined technique with a passion for bold, seasonal flavours, bringing a fresh energy and creativity to our kitchen.
